Final travel arrangements are confirmed once flights and accommodations become available for booking.
Do guests have to stand and wait for their portrait to be drawn?
No. Guests are not required to wait. I take quick reference photos of guests during cocktail hour or throughout the event, and they are free to enjoy the celebration. I then illustrate them based on those photos.
Do you customize the paper with our names or event details?
Absolutely. Custom-branded paper design is included and can feature:

What do you need from us on the day of the event?

I handle the rest.
Do you arrange your own travel and accommodations?
Yes, I book and manage my own flights and accommodations for all events. If you have a hotel block or preferred hotel for your guests, I’m always happy to be included, this is appreciated but not required.
How do you handle multiple people in one portrait?
I sketch digitally and print on-site, then hand-finish each piece with alcohol markers. This allows me to efficiently create portraits of two or three guests in one illustration while keeping the process fast and seamless.
